Grant
The customer receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the purchased Starlight Studio software under the selected plan.
Ownership
All rights not expressly granted remain with Starlight Select or the relevant rights holder. Source code, infrastructure and third-party rights are not transferred.
Restrictions
- Do not redistribute or sell unauthorized copies.
- Do not share license or activation credentials.
- Do not bypass or manipulate license validation.
- Do not attack authentication or licensing servers.
- Do not commercially exploit a personal license.
- Reverse engineering is restricted only to the extent that mandatory law permits the restriction.
Devices and profiles
The device, profile and activation limits displayed dynamically for the plan and at checkout apply. Legitimate device resets may be handled through the account or support.
Term and termination
Access ends when the purchased term expires and may be adjusted after a payment reversal, confirmed fraud or serious license abuse. Exercising a statutory consumer right is not an independent ground for termination.
Updates and Lifetime
Functionality and compatibility may evolve. “Lifetime” means the supported commercial lifetime of the purchased product and does not guarantee the continued existence of third-party systems or unlimited future compatibility.
