Marketing and distribution
- Do not claim an official partnership with a game publisher or platform.
- Do not remove or alter Starlight Select branding without permission.
- Do not resell personal licenses.
- Observe the limits and pricing conditions of the reseller plan.
Independent obligations
The reseller remains responsible for its own customer information, tax, privacy and consumer-law obligations. Starlight Select does not automatically assume them.
Termination
Abuse, fraud or material breaches may end access. Legitimate rights of affected customers survive where required by law.
