All purchases are final under all circumstances. No refunds whatsoever.
This commercial starting position applies only to the fullest extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory withdrawal, conformity, warranty, repayment and other non-waivable consumer rights remain fully unaffected.
Software and digital content
Where immediate delivery is requested, a withdrawal right may expire only when the statutory requirements are met, including express consent and acknowledgement before performance begins. Rights concerning defective or non-conforming digital products remain unaffected.
Manual services
Early performance begins only after an express request. Starting a service does not automatically remove every consumer right; the outcome depends on the stage of performance and mandatory law.
Legally required cases
- Verified duplicate charges are refunded.
- If Starlight Select cannot provide the purchased product or service and no reasonable remedy is available, the legally required remedy or repayment is provided.
- For unauthorized or fraudulent payments, contact support immediately.
- A legitimate chargeback or statutory claim does not automatically forfeit other rights.
