Terms of Service

These Terms govern purchases and use of products and services offered through Starlight Select.

Last updated: 2026-08-24 · Version 2026-08-24

Scope

Products may include software licenses, access to software functionality, digital products, account-related functionality, manually performed digital or save-file services, and support. The individual product description and checkout summary determine the exact scope of each purchase.

Independent service

Starlight Select is independently operated. Third-party games, platforms, trademarks and company names are referenced only for identification, compatibility or description. No affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship or authorization is implied.

Software licenses

Unless stated otherwise, a software purchase grants a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the software for the selected term. Ownership of software, source code and infrastructure is not transferred. Plans may run for one week, one month, three months, twelve months or the supported lifetime shown at checkout.

Lifetime definition

Lifetime means the supported commercial lifetime of the specific Starlight Select product, not the customer’s lifetime. It does not guarantee the continued availability of a third-party game, API, platform or future technical compatibility.

Devices, profiles and security

Device, profile, activation and concurrent-session limits shown before purchase apply. Customers must protect credentials and may not share licenses publicly, bypass validation, circumvent limits, distribute proprietary copies, abuse APIs or attempt unauthorized access. Reasonable device-reset tools may be offered.

Manual services and customer data

Manual digital services are distinct from software licenses. Customers may provide only files and accounts they are authorized to use. Passwords must not be placed in checkout notes or ordinary support forms; any exceptional secure credential handover follows the Privacy Policy and the shortest practical retention.

Updates, availability and third-party changes

Bug fixes, security work, compatibility updates, feature changes or removals and infrastructure changes may occur. Maintenance, incidents, third-party outages and technical changes may interrupt availability. Permanent compatibility and 100% uptime are not promised.

Resellers

Commercial redistribution requires an expressly authorized reseller account and is also governed by the Reseller Terms. Personal licenses may not be resold.

Suspension

Accounts or licenses may be restricted for verified fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized resale, license sharing, infrastructure attacks, intentional circumvention or material breaches. Exercising a legitimate statutory right is not grounds for suspension.

Mandatory statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted. This rule overrides conflicting contractual wording.
