A slot is consumed when a unique customer save/profile is successfully registered. Return to that same authorized profile later without consuming another slot. Unused slots never expire.
For example: Starter includes 20 slots. Register customer A and 19 remain. Edit customer A again three months later and 19 still remain. Register customer B and 18 remain.
Deleting or unbinding a profile does not refund its slot. Profile rotation and self-service capacity resets are not supported. Contact support if the wrong profile was registered.
Capacity packs are planned add-ons for an eligible reseller license, never standalone editor licenses. Online pack purchasing is not enabled yet; contact support to discuss additional capacity.
