How it works

We review your previous qualifying purchases and determine which newly supported content belongs to the packages you already purchased.

For example, if you previously purchased a qualifying furniture, clothing, companion or other collection package, we'll add the newly supported content that corresponds to that specific package.

You only receive updates for packages you previously purchased — unrelated new content is not automatically included.

After checkout

After placing your order, we'll verify your previous qualifying purchases.

Once your purchase history has been confirmed, we'll determine which newly supported content from the current update belongs to your existing packages.

You'll then receive instructions for providing any information required to process your update.

Typical processing time: 30–90 minutes after your previous purchases have been verified and all required information has been received.
