How it works

After placing your order, we'll arrange a suitable time for your private session.

Once your appointment has been confirmed, you'll receive your private in-game invitation code for the scheduled visit.

Simply enter the code in-game and travel to the Treasure Island.

Your 60-minute session begins when you collect your first item, so you have time to arrive, load in and get ready before your collection time starts.

Before your visit

For the best experience, we recommend:

• Emptying as much inventory space as possible
• Preparing additional inventory storage if available
• Knowing which resources you're most interested in
• Being ready at the agreed appointment time
• Making sure your internet connection is stable

You may also bring one friend with you at no additional cost during your private session.

Perfect for

• Stocking up on useful resources
• Crafting and cooking materials
• Preparing for large decorating projects
• Collecting DLC resources you already have access to
• Players who prefer a private session without other visitors
• Sharing the visit with one friend

Important

Available resources may change as new content is added or compatibility changes.

Some DLC-specific resources may require the corresponding additional content to already be owned or accessible on your account.

The invitation code is provided specifically for your scheduled private session and should not be shared outside your party.

Your booking covers one private 60-minute collection session at the agreed appointment time.

This is a digital service only. No physical product will be shipped.
